To get started with a custom quote, send in the form below with the following information:

• The style name and size of your bag (if you are unsure you can email in a few photos of the bag.)
• Approximate age of the bag.
• Will you be using this bag for specific reasons? (work, travel, or just for fun)
• Do you have a design idea for this bag already?
• Optional* Tell us anything about yourself or sentimental about the bag that you feel would be helpful to the designing process.

We will reach out to you with specific questions and/or a price quote. When you are ready to place the order, we will email you a Revamp Form to mail in with your bag and your initial invoice. We require half of the revamp total to place the order and the remaining half at the time of completion. Revamps typically take 12-28 weeks depending on size, customization options and the time of year.

The revamping process is a collaborative effort. We will communicate throughout the revamping stages to let you know when your bag is coming into the shop and other photo updates or design inputs that are needed. If you would like to receive more or less updates throughout the process, please feel free to let us know at any time. We offer this unique service for authentic luxury brand items including handbags, wallets, luggage and other accessories. Almost every part of the process is customizable. For legality reasons we cannot take apart your bag and design a new style with it. We can only enhance existing authentic items.
